Nordic Pole Walking has been shown to burn more energy than regular walking, and the activity uses 90 per cent of the body’s muscles. The low-impact exercise is a great way to tone muscles and work towards the recommended weekly allotment of physical exercise to maintain and improve health. Currently offered weekly in Bobcaygeon, Dunsford, and Lindsay during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months. Learn more about Nordic Walking.
