Weekly Nordic Pole Walking

All ages are welcome.

Indoor/outdoors if weather permits. The club remains open for rests and washroom breaks throughout the lesson. The first lesson is free, $5.00 thereafter.

This is a recreational walk, to improve fitness in a social environment.

Participants choose distance and speed of walking, to a maximum 6.2 km./75 minutes. Stabilizer poles used when required – more durable, to bear walker’s weight, ergonomic hand grip. Participants must be mobile.

Serving Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon, Coboconk, Lindsay area.
